But the backdrops peel and the sets give way and the cast get eaten by the play, there's a murderer at the matinee, there are dead men in the aisles
And the patrons and the actors too are uncertain if the show is through and with sidelong looks await their cue, but the frozen mask just smiles

A guy says the wrong word and you freak like Obama never goofs. How about the fact Obama called Biden the next President. Ooops! __________________

This is a bit different...
This is a former POW, at over 70 years of age having apparent flashbacks.
This is a huge deal. Shame on you for not recognizing it as such. __________________

He should be in a home. Him and Abe Simpson.

At least the man has a history he can recall, even if at a bad time. Frankly I am sick to death of the media fawning all over Obama just because he's young, black, and has a little charisma. America needs to elect a leader, not a rock star!
This election has some eerie similarites to the race of 1960, experience being rejected in favor of looks and charm. The only difference is that JFK had a vision for the country and wasn't basing his entire campaign on tearing down his predecessor.
Somewhere above us, Senator Lloyd Bentsen is looking down at Obama, wishing he could have one more chance to say in front of the whole country, "Senator, you're no Jack Kennedy!"

That's rich. I say shame on you liberals for not respecting the great service of John McCain.
You think we are going to be better off with Obama who doesn't even think America is a good country. He's been brought up under the wing of pastors who hate and condemn America as the creator of aids, and professors who once attacked America with bombs.
One man suffers for his country and another man listens intently to hate speeches against his country.
And one more point. It's obvious that McCain most likely used the word prisoners as throughout the campaign his history has been talked about. It's fresh on his mind. Or it could have been a simple coincidence. To insinuate anything else is ridiculous.
Obama's buddy

Quote: the great service of John McCain.
Fifth from the bottom of his class and the crash that granted him POW status was his fourth. He served his country and that's all great and grand and noble, but the service itself was maybe not so great.
That was then and this is now. We're actually talking about now.

You'll notice I don't go on about him singing bomb bomb bomb Iran and I don't harp about or deny Obama's gaffes either. This one is indeed a peak at a cracked mind-it does matter and it's not a small little opps moment-like when he called his wife a particular vulgar term in public or Obama visiting 57 states with a few left to go. This one matters in a very big way. __________________

I guess this is something that cannot be proved and there is not enough evidence here for you to prove this. __________________

He's a former POW and he called his supporters fellow prisoners-it's self evident enough to me. __________________

Who knows? Maybe we will one day. Besides, we're all human. Just because they're presidential candidates doesn't mean they shouldn't make these types of mistakes. I mean, the media will hit them for it, but its going to happen anyway. __________________

Oh I wouldn't make it. As soon as I walk on to the stage to make my first big speech, I would freeze up, stutter, pee in my pants, and probably embarass myself terribly. Plus, I have a habit of speaking before thinking that would likely give me a lot of unwanted attention in the media. __________________

You might have a career in talk radio yourself in that case. __________________

Hmmm...maybe. I'd have to get famous first. I'm not quite at that point yet. __________________

You've got my vote, Steve. I'd only vote for Pakrat if he were about to be sentenced to death for his socialist ranting. He's got his 1st-Amendment rights too, so let him live.
