While not agreeing completely with what he says because he ignores the almost worthless tax credit McCain is offering, look at the top line in the 'the facts' section.
Quote: McCain's health-care plan does call for ending the tax-free status of employer-provided health plans.
In case that's not plainly worded enough-he plans to tax employer's healthcare benefits as income, just as Biden points out.
Quote: For example, a single taxpayer with taxable income of $75,000 and $7,000 in ESI premiums is in the 25 percent bracket. McCain's plan would raise her taxable income to $82,000 and push her into the 28 percent bracket.
Quote: Tax the value of employer-provided health benefits. Employees would pay federal income taxes (but not Social Security or Medicare payroll taxes) on the value of those benefits. The tax credit would offset those taxes. Companies would not be taxed.
Is that enough? __________________
But the backdrops peel and the sets give way and the cast get eaten by the play, there's a murderer at the matinee, there are dead men in the aisles
And the patrons and the actors too are uncertain if the show is through and with sidelong looks await their cue, but the frozen mask just smiles

One of my more direct talking subscriptions-kinda trollish usually but he's been on a roll lately with the election approaching. Adult language included. It just seemed to cry out to be posted here.
I approve this message. __________________
