The fact that these are predators with no natural enemies doesn't factor into this at all? A big part of hunting is population control.
In other words, are we really supposed to believe that the governor of Alaska delights in brutality towards animals, rubbing her hands in glee as the legislature comes up with new and more cruel ways to slaughter them from afar? __________________
